The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

guatapeñol.com is a digital platform operated by Gigglebyte LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Through the Site, we act as an intermediation platform between travelers and authorized local tour operators who offer the day tour to Guatapé and La Piedra del Peñol departing from Medellín, Colombia. We do not directly provide the transport, the guiding service, or any of the other tourist services included in the tour.

By making a purchase on the Site, you represent that:

• You are of legal age or have the authorization of a responsible adult
• The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You accept the price and conditions of the selected product

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods enabled on the platform.

Once payment is confirmed, the booking confirmation is sent by email to the registered address, typically within 15 minutes. If you do not receive your confirmation within that timeframe, please check your spam folder and write to us at info@guatapeñol.com so we can help.

The booking is non-nominative at the platform level: showing the email confirmation or giving the name under which the booking was made at the pickup point is enough. The booking may be transferred to another person by notifying the change in advance.

Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated according to the following reference conditions:

• Cancellation with a full refund, when requested at least 3 days before the tour date
• No refunds are issued less than 3 days before the tour date; date changes may still be requested subject to availability
• If the day tour or any of the included tourist services is affected by events of force majeure: rescheduling or a full refund, at the user's choice

guatapeñol.com is an independent digital platform providing online intermediation between travelers and authorized local tour operators who offer the day tour to Guatapé and La Piedra del Peñol departing from Medellín. We are not the company that provides the transport, the guiding service, or any of the other tourist services included in the tour, nor are we affiliated with the businesses, restaurants or attractions visited during the itinerary.

We can help you with rescheduling or a refund in cases such as:

• Cancellations or itinerary changes by the tour operator due to weather, maintenance or force majeure
• Changes in pickup times or tour operating hours

We do not assume responsibility for situations outside the intermediation of the booking, such as:

• Incidents occurring during the tour
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Services or goods provided by third parties during the itinerary (shops, restaurants, optional attractions, among others)

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, the Site's logos, code, and original editorial materials, is the property of Gigglebyte LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a modification is published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
